MC Villa 16 is built on the area of Kalo Livadi. The high ground built upon, ensures great panoramic view of both Kalo Livadi and Kalafatis beach. The villa is located within a five minute distance from the well known Kalo Livadi beach with the famous Solymar beach bar, Kalafatis beach which is ideal for wind and kite surfing, as well as the cosmopolitan beaches of Elia and Lia.

MC Villa 16 is built on a traditional Cycladic style and largely covered by stone. The villa features five spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and an extra wc located on the living room area.
